Начал читать Studio Culture (спасибо Никите), вот отличный кусок текста про «креативность»:
So — you’ve streamlined your studio and you’ve filled it full of happy, shiny, self-motivated people. What next? Do you stand back and watch while your door is trampled down by clients demanding your services? Not quite. Now you have to do the work — and work is king. Everything comes second to the work: personal feelings, personal ambition, even money itself. Especially money. Studio who make money their primary goal end up doing second-rate work for second-rate fees.
